As well as being built to ensure robustness, quality and ease-of-use, you also have the peace of mind knowing we provide full after sales care and support packages.


Thorough testing and quality assurance

All of our powered and non-powered medical carts are tested for 24 hours to make sure they perform to the best of their ability. We’ve even added in an extra final quality control check that takes place before anything leaves our factory. We’re so confident in the quality of our products, that all LUNA medical carts come with a minimum 5-year warranty.

Support, now and tomorrow

If anything were to go wrong, or you needed a helping hand, we’re only a phone call or email away. Most queries can be resolved over the phone but if you did need someone to come out to you, one of our friendly RDP engineers would make a visit within the agreed SLA, whilst in your warranty period.

We’ll give you plenty of notice when your warranty is coming to an end, so you’ll have time to decide how to move forward. There are lots of different ways to help you keep your carts and trolleys in full working order, like warranty renewals, annual servicing and replacement spare parts.
